Moorf, I've tried the Blackforest butcher ones, they were great. I made a detour and brought a chilly bin the last time I went to Tauranga just for that butcher! If you're going to order there anyway, you should try some of their other stuff like Blackforest Ham and Beef (raw cured). By raw I don't mean that you have to cook it before you eat it, just look at as Germany' version of Parma ham. I buy my weekly fix at the Dutch shop in Petone and use it for my sandwiches.
OK back to sausages; tbh I don't really like them, because of all the undefined bits that go in them. Yuck. If I do have them I get them from our local butcher or MW in Welly and usually only the german kind, I find they have much more flavour than any "English" sausage (and that includes the ones I had while in GB!, Sorry!)
