I have applied for my residency under SMC in March 2014.I am working as a Retail manager . I am waiting for my CO. but just wondering that what kind of question they can ask during telephonic interview if any one has faced it before. Plz share your experience...

normally they ask related to your job duties and few questions more like how you managing your store, your product, market value of product and profit on few item, and your signing authorities (internet banking or cheque signing)
