Wanted: 2/3 bed rental in Christchurch

Hello! We are desperately seeking a 2 or 3 bed house to rent on long-term basis (unfurnished) in or around Christchurch. Around $2000 a month. We need to move in from beginning to mid June. We need to be near a good primary school and pre-school.
We have been looking in Cashmere, Sumner, Avonhead, Ilam. Houses seem to go quickly on TradeMe, and/or don't quite fit our requirements...
Any info/offers/tips gratefully received.

Are you in Christchurch or are you still in the UK? It's certainly easier if you're here. Try looking in the Press and some agencies too.

We have given notice on our rental in Redcliffs and are looking to move out from mid June - we can be a bit flexible on date after the 15th June.

There has been an open home and someone has shown an interest but hasn't submitted their paperwork yet, so it is still available.
