    Default Car Insurance

    Just wondering - is there any point bringing evidence of no-claims discounts in the UK? Can they be used to reduce the cost of insurance in NZ?

    Yes and no - we got credit for our UK no claims but they never actually asked for any evidence.

    My insurance company just took my word for it that I didn't have any claims. They didn't ask for proof.
