Forgot to mention about visa declined

Hi, we already applied residence visa under SMC.

I am partner of principle applicant. I had declined 2 visa.1) was student n 2nd) was work visa (in 2012). By chance I forgot to mention my work visa when we lodge residence ,it slipped out my mind.I was just checking my mail which sent by INZ about the ITA and found this mistake.. So it could be a negative effect on our residence visa or any chance of decline our application...??? Still no CO is allocated,just waiting that....

I've just answered your PM. Yes, you must tell them AT ONCE, and apologise. Missing something out can count as fraud, and that can bar you from getting further visas in the future. http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/35058.htm

you can always tell them with a reason, and they are very cooperative and understand the things.
