For any job offer to count with INZ, you need to provide the formal written offer of work, with the contract, including all the small print. The job has to be skilled, in line with the qualifications and experience you have proved in your application. It has to be full-time, and it has to be at a proper rate of pay for a skilled worker in that career in NZ.

It would be very unlikely to count. Here is the section of the regulations about requirements for an employer. http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/30550.htm INZ looks carefully at any employer not already known to them, to make sure they have a sound business base and financial stability (so they wouldn't be issuing a visa to someone who would shortly be thrown out of work if the employer's business collapsed). They would also, in the case of an individual, be suspicious that there was a personal favour being done, and that it wasn't a formal working relationship.

people who need help normally hire community workers. that's nature of working environment of community worker if any family trust do not have history of hired employees but they need to hire community worker for get help for their family. jandM do you think that offer of place can claim point SMC application. of course the family can afford a community worker.

In NZ, such workers are typically employed by healthcare providers, or specialist firms, and the family pays that employer for the services they use, so the family never becomes the direct employer. This is actually to the advantage of someone applying for a visa, since the work for one family would be unlikely to be provable as long-term and full-time, whereas the employee of a care agency could well continue with them for a long career, but moving from one family to another over time.

This is the situation. this family has two disable clients who want to have 24/7 the care. and also they already hired care givers from that kind of agencies for special care. But still this family need fulltime community worker to deliver the service to these two client. in the ground situation these two clients can not live without community workers or health care workers help. in this situation, can we prove to INZ this job offer long time and sustainable job. what kind of action INZ get in the processing of SMC application. I know this is special situation .

I don't think anyone except INZ is going to be able to pronounce on this situation - it sounds unique.
