Travel Plan for November

I need your help. My husband got JSV and he is planning to travel in November 2014. Would it be good time for job search? or the Christmas in Dec will slower the recruitment processes in general? Please suggest

Can u suggest wat time would be gud? As my husband will apply jsv in august than in 3 months he has to travel.

As soon as possible, with the hope of getting something sorted out before the summer (Christmas and New Year) holidays, when many businesses either shut down or run on skeleton staffing till the beginning of February, so those responsible for hiring aren't likely to be accessible or making decisions during that time.
