Medicals refer to MA....

Hi...!!

How n when INZ think that any medical should refer to MA....??

1. If the doctor who did the medical ticks the box stating that any of the findings are abnormal.

2. We THINK from what has happened to various members who didn't have any abnormal findings ticked but still got referred, that there are certain 'trigger' words - that is, a person's medical history has a mention anywhere of (whatever), then it will be sent for the MAs to look at. But what the trigger words are is not publicly mentioned anywhere.
