Case officer allocated 7 Jan 2014:
HE asked for bank statements, IRD: those provided
HE called my boss for interview on 23 Jan 2013
Then visa officer changed
Then Verification officer asked for IRD, Payslip, banks statements, rosters, staff structure on 7 july 2014 and those are provided today.

ANY IDEA WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR DECISION?

yeah man, it takes around 8 months in average. It looks like getting to NZ through SMC much more difficult than through "refugee" channel I have seen. It is not always fair.
