I thought I'm the only one . I just got my residence visa last month under partnership , but lately things have been really complicated and hard for me .I been thinking to leave my husband and I'm worried about my visa . He might inform immigration that we are not together anymore and immigration might send me home. I would really like to stay and live here in NZ. Should I wait a little longer then leave my husband ? Coz immigration might think that I am just waiting for my residence to leave my husband . Please HELP , I cant pretend anymore that Im happy with him if I wait a little longer.

Like I said on post #6 and #8 before on this same thread, if you have Residence now, you HAVE the Residence. It does not depend on living with your partner any more - proving partnership came BEFORE the visa was granted, but now you are secure in your right to live in NZ. Nobody can send you home only because the relationship has broken down - the only reason Residence, which was granted in the first place because of true evidence, can be taken away is if someone commits a serious crime.
