Hi we bought this section to build our new home, then we found a section more suited to our needs, so this one is now on trade-me. It's in a very fertile area and would make a great lifestyle section for someone. (My wife is involved in animal rescue (pound dogs, who are due for the 'chop' because their out of time) So we actually have six dogs, the waifs and strays no one else wanted). I only mention this as it's the reason for the 'more suited to our needs' comment.., nothing wrong with the section.... And it backs onto the Tararua Forest.
