Lightbulb Christchurch office - ITA documentation advice

Anybody have experience with Christchurch Area Office, what is their timeframe for SMC applications?
I also have an doubt how to organize my ITA documents for sending.

On London Branch they have some kind of tips for lodging residence applications under the SMC as following
    • Please do not submit your application in a file or plastic sleeves.

Is that general advice for all offices including Christchurch Area Office?
For me is much easier to organize my documents in such sleeves or files.

Nevertheless, I prepared following documents in support of my application:

    ITA Documentation
    • Cover Letter
    • Documents Checklist
    • Application Form (Completed and signed)
    • Application Fee ($1810)

Full Birth Certificates and Citizenship Certificate
    • Zof [Original + Certified copy with translation]
    • Mrs [Original + Certified copy with translation]

    Relationship Evidence
    • Marriage Certificate
    • Photos / Montenegro, Sutomore (Summer, 2006)

    • Photos / Croatia, Umag (Summer 2009)
    • Photos / Hungary, Budapest (New Year 2010)
    • Photos / Slovenia, Bled (Spring 2011)
    • Photos / Slovenia, Ljubljana (New Year 2012)
    • Photos / Italy, Venice (Spring 2012)
    • Photos / Serbia, Ada (Wedding, May 2013)
    • Photos / Serbia, Novi Sad (Summer 2013)

    Qualifications
    • Zof, Bachelor degree and transcript [Certified copy with translation]

    • Full NZQA report]

    Work Experience/References
    • Current employment verification letter [Original + Certified copy with translation]
    • Recent payslip [Original + Certified copy with translation]
    • Employment history report from social security [Serbia / Original + Certified copy with translation]
    • Employment history report from social security [Slovenia / Original + Certified copy with translation]
    • Reference letters from my former employers - confirming career history [Original + Certified copy with translation]

    English language requirements
    • Zof, IELTS General [Original]
    • Mrs, IELTS General [Original]

    Police Certificates (One month old)
    • Zof [Serbia / Original with apostille + Certified copy with translation]
    • Zof [Slovenia / Original with apostille + Certified copy with translation]
    • Mrs [Original with apostille + Certified copy with translation]

Medical and X-Ray Certificates (Less than one month old)
    • Zof [Original General Medical + X-ray]
    • Mrs [Original General Medical without X-ray (Pregnant)]

Am I missing something here? Is that sufficient for supporting my application?

    Thank you all

That looks like a good list. All good wishes for the best outcome soon.

This is absolutely general for all INZ offices. Think of it from the point of view of the INZ officials. They are already shifting heaps and heaps of paperwork, and they really do not need to be trying to find room for sleeves and files as well as the essential papers. And those plastic sleeves slip from on top of one another. Also, it at least doubles the time for the CO working on the case if s/he has to extract every paper she needs to consult from out of a fiddly package. Another thing is not to staple papers in groups, because COs often need to photocopy one page.

So by all means use whatever is easy for you while you are organizing your papers at home, but when you send the application in, it should be in the form of a bundle of papers, introduced by a covering letter and an index, preferably in the order of the questions on the ITA, listing each document and what it is intended to prove, and held together with something like large elastic bands. You can divide off sections with coloured sheets. (It's a good idea to keep a copy of your index. In several months' time, if the CO says you haven't provided evidence of XYZ, you can then say, 'Yes, I did. It's paper number 34, a letter from my employer on an A4 blue sheet,' which will help the CO to find it.)

Thanks for advice. You make a good point, hundreds of thousands applicants equals too many plastic sleeves .
I will do as you suggested and hope for the best
    Thanks
