questions regarding partnership visa
Hello. So... lots of questions. Me and my husband.
Started living together July 2013 in england
I left england the end of November to go to his country 2013
We had 3 weeks apart until he joined me few days before Christmas
I got pregnant January
Left his country end of may 2014 to go to USA my birth place
Came back to him sept 9 2014 to italy
Gave birth Oct 11 2014
We got married may 2014. Not a wedding just legal part of getting a marriage certificate
My thing is ... neither of us shared bank accounts because he was getting paid cash in hand. And the whole time we were together I wasn't working because I've been without work visas.
As far as evidence goes, I have marriage cert, possibly acquire rent agreement from England July 20 13 to Nov 2013.
I have birth certificate.
I have few photos. Probably only like 6 good ones of us at places and with his family
I have some skype messages I could print from our time apart.
Only one time he sent money to me via Western union.
Ps, he was illegally living in england for 3 years when we had met and lived together. And he recently applied for England tourist visa and got refused because he lied about having been there before. Do you think he still has a chance at getting approval ?
