any website for Section purchase

Hi All

Is there any website where we can see the section for sale. I am currently looking at Trademe but can't find many sections.. Is it better to talk to an agent/broker for the section? In Albany (North shore) we can see so many sections but nothing on sale.. is there any way that we can approach the owners? or is there any website where we can see new sections to be out for sale? as otherwise we can not see much sections for sale even in areas like west auckland or Rodney..

Part of the reason you won't see many sections for sale is that the bigger developments are held by large companies that will develop a whole subdivision. Trade Me and www.realestate.co.nz are the places to look.
Real Estate gives 158 sections on the North Shore in total (I just looked).

You can check out the bigger developments like Todd Property Group - which is developing Long Bay or real estate agents like Key2 which arranges house-land packages within all areas of Auckland. Beware though, nothing, no section in the North Shore has been cheap unless you are looking at unit title (ie apartment) or cross-lease title which could mean townhouse or terrace housing.
