    Default Resident Visa to PR

To apply for the PR from RR when the counter for the 184 will be started . If my Visa is stamped on 10th of Jan and i travelled on 10 of Nov , so the counter will be started from Jan or from Nov.

No, they count back from the date of PR application.

It will depend when you apply. Yes, you have to have held an ACTIVATED residence visa for two years before you can apply for PR. So the earliest date you could do that would be two years after your arrival in the November. But you ALSO have to meet one of the criteria to prove commitment to NZ, and it's possible that your actions in the two years after arrival would mean a bit more delay. For instance, if for some reason you had to leave NZ for several months, when the two-year anniversary came, you might not be able, on that day, to meet the exact requirement of 184 days in NZ in each of the 12-month periods immediately before the application, so you might have to wait till you could.
