Silver Fern Age Requirement

Hi guys,

Re: Age requirements for Silver Fern Job search visa. it says it is 35 years Inclusive, is that on the day the application is made i.e. on the day it is launched or is it on the day the visa is approved. I will be 35 on the day it is launched but in another 2 weeks times i will be 36.... does anyone have any idea?

You have to be 35 "at the time of lodgement" - this is when your application is accepted - so I am fairly sure (but I must confess not 100%) that this would be on 20 November. However, I wil check and re-post tomorrow. The only other thing is that your location on this Forum is "New Zealand". You cannot apply if you are in NZ at the time.

I just got confirmation that it is your age on the date you submit your online application that counts. Good luck!
