I already got the resident visa from the immigration recently under antiviral treatment with standard liver function and low DNA level.

Hi SummerC, i was trying to PM you but seems your PM function has not activated. I am in a similar situation with you, having commenced treatment 2 months ago because i am pregnant (liver function has been normal in the last two years and DNA level is very low now). But they don't think i have acceptable standard of health because Fibroscan shows at least stage 2 fibrosis and i am gathering information for medical waiver now. Have you been through Medical waiver process? I need urgent help from you. hope you can reply me after you see my message. Thank you!

I didn't apply medical waiver before as everything goes well.

MA asked for update below items once, then I passed and got the resident visa. No fibroscan and specialist report requested.

- LFTs
- Hep C & Hep B e antigens if not previously supplied
- HBVDNA if the HepB e antigen was previously negative
- Alphafetoprotein
- Update on medication

I had treatment 9 months when I summited the applicaiton and HepB e antigen was negative and with low HBVDNA (under 50 IU/ml)

It is really useful information here. I am wondering is there any case like SummerC but under SMC category rather than partnership?
