    Hi to everyone here I just registered here today and this is my 1st post

    We are thinking of putting in an EOI but I have one question My wife is a Home Manager in a rest home
    so for anzsco she will be using 141912 Retirement Village manager is that correct?

    Do her duties match the listing under that ANZSCO heading? It is the duties and responsibilities that are much more important than the job title.

    and she has 3 years of relevant experience or a NZ Diploma?

    yes she has 3 years experience and also has level 4 in Ace dementia
