Is it normal???

Hi everybody,

I have tried to read lots of posts and thread, but i am just curious to know few things:
Sorry for such a huge post!!!!

My story begins:

Application lodged under SMC : 31st october 2013
Co assigned: 12th feb 2014
Employer got the questionairre: 2nd april 2014
He replied back: 13th april 2014
My advisor asked 3-4 times for any updates and he complainted to immigration manager!
Then they change the CO. Then the new CO took 2 months and said that he has sent questionairre again yo my employer for updated details. But my employer didn't get any email and my advisor e-mailed CO.
Now again they have changed the CO and he e mailed that he cant give any time frame but this case is the priority.

I was just wondering that CO is not asking anything and still they are taking so long?? Because even my advisor is saying that he can't figure out anything!!!! I am just so stressed out .. Is it normally happens??? If anyone has experienced it before??

Please help me out. Really appreciate that!! And heaps thanks in advance!!!

Still no update its been more than a year
