First time home owner and renovation info required
After scouring links on info, I am actually getting apprehensive about doing work to our house when we arrive. The plan is for new bathrooms, kitchen, floors eg carpets, wood to some areas, painting, heating and insulation potentially. It seems that in NZ the norm is to hire the professionals separately for the jobs required. I am wondering if there is a way to get a firm that will do everything. I am now contemplating selling our house and buy one that is what you see is what you get move in condition to avoid the works and headache associated with it.
