Hi Everyone
My partner summited his work visa application under esential skills on 14th november and we included in the same envelope my partnership visa application.
last week, 4th December, my CO contacted me asking for more proof of our relationship and my police certificates.
today 9th December, we got a letter from my boyfriend`s CO saying that they more details about his previous experience. he applied under a level 4 or 5 ANZSCO which requires that no NZ can do or be trained to do the job. INZ says they have found proof against that. they want more evidence such as statistics and past work experience.

Has anyone been in this situation? We need to ask for letters of recommendation of his previous employers supporting his job experience, which details need to be included on the letter? what type of evidence can we summit to INZ saying that they hired kiwis but that there were not responsable, or did not attend to schedule training and even to work.

Thanks
Natalia
