NZQA Assessment (B.COM + MCS + MBA)

My friend would like to inquire about assessment level of his degrees. He has the following qualification

BCom (2 years from Karachi University)
MCS (2 years from SZABIST, Karachi campus)
MBA Marketing (2 years from SZABIST, Karachi campus)

He is working as a software tester and has 10 years of experience which falls under absolute skills shortage list. The only concern is assessment of qualifications which should be level 7 atleast from the LTSSL qualifications.

Furthermore, if he submits my qualifications for IQA assessment, is there a need to submit the attested copies of curriculum/syllabus also?

All of his qualifications are different from each other.
But as he is working in the ICT field, he can try to get his MCS assessed.
He can send MCS degree with transcript and attested copy of syllabus. The idea is to send them as much information as possible. NZQA will see if the course contents are similar to any NZ degree.

Thanks. innocent for your time. So, should he send his B.COM degree to NZQA with MCS or just the MCS degree because how one could get masters degree without bachelor degree?

Yes he should send all of his degrees, i mentioned MCS because it is related to his work experience and that he needs to be assessed at level 7.

Just a quick question. Shouldn't BCom and Master of Computer Science be sufficient for sending with course outline? Wouldn't the MBA degree add more to the confusion in case all 3 degrees are sent? Just a thought
