First of all, I want to say thank you so much to JandM and Karen. You two were such a big help!!

I am married to a NZ citizen, I have had 2 Partnership based Work Visas approved, and my oldest daughter (from previous marriage) has had 2 Student Visas approved.

Here is the timeline for our Family Category Residence Visas:

31/10/14 - Application Submitted
04/11/14 - Accepted and Credit Card Charged
06/11/14 - Original Documents Returned
13/11/14 - CO requested my birth certificate (can't believe I left that out)
14/11/14 - birth certificate sent in
26/11/14 - Additional documents relating to divorce and child custody requested
15/12/14 - Additional documents submitted
16/12/14 - AIP! Letter received to pay migrant levy & send in passports!!

I can't believe how quick that was!!!!
