discrepancy between SMC Resident Visa ( blue Sticker) and Online status

Hello,

Those who have received SMC Resident visa can please clarify these?

My SMC Resident visa (blue sticker on my passport) shows Number of Entries : Multiple
But when I log on INZ website to see my online Application Status (immigration Status- What's Happening?) it Shows
Number of Entries :
which is blank. where as it should be Multiple.
Any one notice this? Can any one please check and let me know.

Why are you expecting anything to be 'ongoing' on the INZ website for you, when you've already got your Residence visa?

You should only be worried if the reverse is the case here. You travel around with your passport and not online status. Don't expect anyone to change anything on your online page until your PR.
