Hi All,
Well, 7 months in NZ. We are settled now. I will soon expect below situation.

I am primary applicant. My partner will soon expect an offer from Australia. What if my partner joins Australia company does this make any impact on our residency since I am primary and will be staying here in NZ for next 2 years?

If he will join Aus Company on work permit then how long will it take for Aus PR?

You both have NZ Residence on the basis of your application. It is your actions (not his) that will entitle you to PR in due course. That is, when you, yourself, satisfy the conditions for PR, he will get it too, whether he is in NZ with you or not.

The laws about visas for Australia are totally separate from those for NZ. You need to start all over again with THEIR website. https://www.immi.gov.au/immigration/
