What is mean by Resident application approved

Hi there
I applied for residency NZ. Few days back case officer ask me proof family living at same address, I provided. Then I received an email that my application is sent for Second person check. Now I received automated message that status has been updated, which I check that residency application APPROVED.
I do not have any interview, my total points were 150.
Any body can describe it that direct PR or Work to Residency or still some steps left? I sent an email to CO but he is on holidays.

You are approved for Residence. Congratulations!

Fairly shortly you should receive an email with more detail, then a bit later, maybe several weeks away, you will get a package through the mail with instructions of what you have to do next. This will be to pay the migrant levy, and send in your passport to have the Residence visa ('blue sticker', which is actually more greenish these days) put in.
