Submitting a Visa application

Hi,

I am about to apply for a Partnership visa to live in New Zealand as my girlfriend is an NZ citizen. We've filled in all of the forms, got the relevant medical, police certificate and proof of our relationship.

I'll be submitting the application in person at New Zealand immigration shortly. What is the best format to do this in? I've heard that they don't like the forms etc submitted in folders/plastic sleeves. Has anybody been through a similar situation?

Make it simple for then to copy/scan. No folders or plastic sleeves or bound documents. A simple bulldog clip or similar to keep everything together. any relationship evidence can just go into one plastic sleeve or an envelope to keep it together
