Partnership Work Visa approved
Hi all!
Thought I would share our experience of getting a partnership work visa (one year) with you all as these forums have been helpful to me in the process.
I came to NZ on a working holiday visa at the beginning of last year and met my partner here. He is an NZ resident, and we fell in love and moved in together September last year blah blah blah.
Anyway here are some samples of the evidence we supplied (as he moved into my place, we did not have a lease together which we thought might be problematic but turned out to be ok).
Joint bank account statement
Letters/mail to the same address
Joint Flybuys account details
Shared road toll account details
Letters from family/friends
Photos
Facebook screenshots
Screenshot of my partner's name as my emergency contact in work.
Hope this information is useful to others! We applied on the 18 Dec and I was approved on 6 Jan. Next step residency...but a little celebrating first!
