partnership visa from offshore urgent help
Hi all,
Thanks for viewing my thread.
I am seeking some helpful advice. I am currently in NZ unlawfully. I am in a relationship with a NZ citizen from the last 4 years and we have 2 year old child as well. I have applied for a work visa under section 61. INZ sent my file back without reading my appeal. I then applied for a ministerial appeal and was declined in November 2014, but INZ said I should apply for a visa from India as I would have a better outcome. They have informed me that they will not take any action if I depart NZ voluntarily as I have no deportation letter issued to me. I have booked my plane ticket as well and sent INZ a photocopy of my ticket. I am asking for advice if I should go back to India by myself or would I have a better chance receiving a Visa if my family came as well. I was also wondering how long it will take to get a visa if I applied from India.
Thank You for taking the time to read my mail.
