Panicked from PPI letter

Hi,

I just received the PPI letter from immigration that my duties doesn't match with ANZSCO. I am trying my best to prepare the evidences. is there anyone out there whose residency(SMC) got approved even after PPI letter??

CO has sent a letter that he is not satisfied by some of the points.. he wants more clarification..

In this case, you have to convince the officer about his/her points. If they says your duties do not match with ANZCO, then prove it with stronger evidence or re-explain it in a different way.

But it is better to find a lawyer or a consultant to act on you behalf. Because once the PPI declines, which means you have to apply once again.

yes i do have a lawyer.. we are working on it..does the duties need to be matched 100%???

Hi there,

Yes, last time I got a PPI letter from my CO and after further explanation (no lawyer involve) finally She was satisfied with my explaination item per item.
