    @ skhairnar,
Afaik, your EOI will only be selected if you have 140 points and above (w/o job offer)
This is based on the results of the EOI selection process every 2 weeks. I maybe wrong though.

    Hi Tickler,

Could you please update, did you lodge the ITA without IQA report and sent it later. If so, any acknowledgement you got for the same from the office.

    Thanks

My understanding is that if you are claiming bonus points under LTSSL in EOI, you must get your IQA done first. PAR is not sufficient for these cases. Am I true?

You can submit the EOI with just PAR. It's ITA for which IQA is a must.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply.
I was adviced by NZQA and the Shanghai Branch officer to submit my documents before the deadline even without the IQA results.
In place of the IQA results, I submitted a copy of my application to the NZQA and the current status of my NZQA application (web print).

I got my NZQA result a couple of days after I submitted my ITA documents and submitted it immediately.
My case was that the NZQA officer was on leave for 2 weeks. I talked to the the officer's leader and he assured me that my application will be a priority once the officer will come back to work.

    Best Regards,

Thanks a lot tickler. My IQA application has done 35 days already (working days) and is still in Allocation waiting stage. I called NZQA last week and they said another 1 or 2 weeks due to excess workload. I'm now looking to write to INZ to permit me to submit ITA without IQA.

Yes it would be better to send email to INZ, also call to NZQA and inquire what's happening, I belive it may not take long time once Allocated.

If you have an enough time to lodged ITA (If not completed 120 days) , please do not bother INZ they knows all process that's why they giving four months. If you submit ITA it is meaning less if their is no IQA, no further movement will happen. Please put signature so one can guide you properly.

    Hi nitsam,

ITA submission deadline Oct 17, 2015 this essentially means keep a 10-day buffer (courier, lodging etc) and call it Oct 7, 2015 just in case, so I've 5 more weeks at this point.

36 days done IQA still waiting on Allocation. When I called NZQA last week, they seemed to ask me to wait out an additional week or 2 due to excess load; I also felt they gave me an impression that they did not want to be disturbed, although they were courteous.

IQA file setup: 13th July 2015
Allocation in progress: From 14th July 2015
    ITA deadline: Oct 17, 2015

    Regards,
    laxgr
