Skilled migrant question....please suggest

Hello everyone,I have question regarding SMC application.my friend's wife has done bachelor of science from her home country,now she got job in Auckland as sea food manager in new world.my question is that,since her degree in science and sea food manager comes in business(I guess).also she doesn't have NZ QUALIFICATION but her husband did level 7 in business from AUT and his job is not skilled.now they planning to file residency if they can.any suggestions please.thanks

The combination with which their EOI gets maximum points (Husband or wife as principal applicant) will be the best one. Also consider if she can get her qualifications assessed with NZQA.
