What is the difference of Job Offer and Individual employment agreement?
It is okay to use individual agreement that required in Essential work visa requirement?

What does the individual employment agreement say? As the most basic point, does it offer you, by name, the job?

Depends on the details of the offer/contract, as mentioned. Just speaking generally, I'd say an individual agreement is a little more secure.

They have advised not to continue with your work visa application at this stage because the work load has changed due to seasonal requirements. The meatwork industry in New Zealand depends on the season and it is coming to a close. We will inform you again once the meatwork season has commenced.
