My wife has lost her IELTS test report form. I contacted to British council and got an answer that test report form is not reissued to a person.
Shanghai Branch is not taken the e-report form, I need to request of delivery by courier from British council to Shanghai branch directly. It makes me worried. The form is not accompanied with other docs. What if the test report form is drifting among people who don't recognize what that form is for?
