As this qualification is not on the list of qualifications exempt from assessment http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/47086.htm, it will need to be checked by NZQA to be given a Level. Possibly someone reading this may have had the same qualification done already, but otherwise, nobody can tell you.

Incidentally, it's a waste of money getting PAR. PAR levels are stated only on the basis of what the title of the qualification is, whereas for IQA, there is an investigation of what subject-matter has been studied, to what depth. After this, the IQA states which (if any) NZ course the qualification submitted can be considered equivalent to, and its Level, and it's mandatory for the Invitation To Apply, the next phase after EOI of applying under SMC.

    Hi Suresh,

I got my BCA (from IP University) evaluated from NZQA couple of months before and it was evaluated at level 7. But again, it can't be said all BCA are evaluated at same level, it also depends on other factors like university etc. But I hope this gives you atleast little bit of idea.

    Cheers,
    Rohit

Even if the assessment was at level 7, you would still struggle to be selected from the pool without a job offer. Better to focus on the likelihood of a job offer, as with that and 100 points you will be selected. With no job offer and less than 140 point you will just remain unselected in the pool.
