    Default How Accurate is Immigation Online Services Visa Status ?

    I have applied for essentials skills visa on April 24th as IT professional , today morning it changed from pending to visa approved , I feel like its too quick, is this correct ? do immigration work on Saturdays ? is this a mistake ?

    They might have changed the status on Friday and the automated system could be reflecting it over Saturday. Congrats btw

    thank you both of you for your replies , my lawyer confirmed it today that i got 2 year work visa , means lot for me since i was in student visa since 2011.

    thank you friends , even though its approved on 2nd of may ,according to online status , i still didnt got my passport , is this normal ? , called immigration , they saying its approved but yet not stamped , and its with support officers at the moment. what does this means ?

    Immigration Officers decide the application to approve or reject, Support Officers help the Immigration Officers and do other official work

    Support officers are the clerks who move the necessary paperwork around. Your passport will be waiting in a queue to be dealt with. Don't worry - one last INZ queue!
