Default How can B graded immigration medical affect visa application?

    Hello,

my boyfriend will apply for Essential skills visa and I will apply for Partnership-based temporary visa. We just got our immigration medical results back: he got A grade, but I got a B because of my thyroid problem (I`m regularly taking medication for it and don`t have any bigger problems because of it).

My concern is: can my B grade in any way affect my partners application? For example, can INZ approve his work visa for shorter period of time because of my condition? Also, can I be denied temporary work visa because of my B grade?

We were planning to send our papers together but now I`m not sure anymore. I think maybe it would be better to wait for his visa to get through first?

    Thank you for your help!

just means that your partner might have to provide additionasl information and meds will need to be referred. A simple thyroid condition would not be an issue for a temporary visa. You should both continue to lodge your applications at the same time.
