Resident Visa Form - Partnership

Hi Everyone asking on behalf.

My friend applying for resident visa after living 2 years in new Zealand. He got his residency approved in partnership but unfortunately they are not living together.

He is worried will this effect his application for Permanent Resident visa.

On form there is a section A12 what details to put there.

Please help much appreciated thanks.

so long as there was no false or misleading information at the time the residence visa was approved there should be no issue. The grant of a PRV is most likely based on time spent in NZ. There is no requirement to maintain a relationship during those first two years. Put what ever is the applicants current ststus on the form.. The grant of the PRV has nothing to do with the (ex) partner.
