Cover letter format

Hi,
I applied my residency on partnership bases. My case officer want a new cover letter which describe everything when we met how? common interest? future plans etc. if somebody got any format of that type of letter please send it to me. I will be thankful to you.

Quite common for them to ask for this information by way of a timeline.

Bullet points are best, fist , meeting, what happened next, started living together, engagement or marriage if applicable. Try to relate it to the evidence you provided if you can

I wrote a cover letter in word document. I believe no special format exists.

I had compiled a chronological list of events till date since I had met my partner in below format in the cover letter.

Description : We got married on so and so date...
Location: Location where your wedding took place
Supporting documents:
Wedding invitation (original),
Marriage certificate (certified copy)
Photographs

Description : We went to Europe for christmas break.
Location: countries/cities visited
Supporting documents:
Air tickets (copy),
Hotel reservation (copy)
Photographs
