Sponsoring family members?

Hi

I wondered what the policy is on sponsoring a family member to come over and live permanently in NZ?

I have recently had my residency approved and after 2yrs I will hopefully get my PR. My mum will have retired by then and was hoping to move over to live with us then. It’s only early days but I just wondered if this possible as I don’t want to get her hopes up if not 

Your eligibility:
1. Either Tier 1 or Tier 2 category
2. Three - year Residency
3. English language requirement - which you can buy a course if IELTS score is not par with requirement
4. TIME LINEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
