Partnership Work Visa Need Help

I was in partnership from last one and half and I always mentioned about my partner in my applications(student visa, job search). He also applied for partnership work visa on my basis but it was refused because it was in section 61.Unfortunately, we are not in relationship . he is in his own country now..
Now, I am married with my kiwi partner and going to apply for work visa soon..
can immigration question about my past partnership?

They are very unlikely to be at all interested. You were refused permission to sponsor your former partner, so he doesn't have a visa that depends on you.
