    Default Immigration ways after graduation

    Hello,

I'm planning to study Information and communication technology (at level 5 and 6) at an Institute of Technology (Waiariki or SIT). Specialization in Computer programming

The question is: Are there any pathways to immigrate after graduation/work visa? what are they?

    Thank you in Advance

Most people plan on using the time to get themselves into a skilled job that will qualify them to apply for residence under SMC http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migra...nt/default.htm, or WTR http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migra.../caniworkinnz/.

thank you, JandM for the information, it is quite useful. The SMC in my situation is the most suitable one, i think.
