Back to playing the waiting game. If the answers you have provided satisfy INZ that you meet all the criteria, your Case Officer will make a decision in hte next few weeks. Then your application will go i a queue for a second person check (1 - 4 weeks), then you will be Approved in Principle if all is okay. You will see this first online if you login to the INZ website. Then 1 - 4 weeks later you will get the Approved in Principle letter and then, once you have paid the Migrant Levy and submitted your passport, you will get the visa label - again 1 - 4 weeks. I hope it goes well for you.

It will take another 4-6 weeks hopefully as my lawyer told me when I asked him the same question.

Can you please share what kind of questions were asked from your employer .

They asked about my pay,working hours,duties,how long I am working with them,line managers,whom I report.thats it.

Did they ask about company profile and company current past and future projects ?
Did they ask how big is the company and its turnover or it doesn't matter?

No.they just asked those 5 question that's it.
Also it's depends on case to case.Cheers

Does your Case officer let you know the stage of your application (i.e. if he/she has made a decision and send it off for a second person check)?

It varies - some do, some don't. More often than not, they don't. You can always ask if you think it has been a long time. Some offices are taking up to 6 weeks to do 2nd person checks at present, others, just a few days.

Just got update that my co is attending jury duty since 18 th may .i hope she will be back shortly.
