Today I received case officer's reply after my interview which was held on 20/03/2015. The excerpts following below
" Hi Benny,
I have written up the facts of the application and this has been referred to head office for review. I will give you a further update once I have received a response. At this stage I am not sure how long it will take but will be in touch once I have a response or when I can give you a better idea about timeframes.s"
I would like to clarify the following things
a) Based on this email whether he has taken decision or not?
b) Head office review is different than second case officer check?
c) I applied in London Branch so Head Office means New Zealand Welly Branch?
d) Based on this email he want to clarify something?
I am little bit worried about his email.
