Case officer reply after inerview

Today I received case officer's reply after my interview which was held on 20/03/2015. The excerpts following below


" Hi Benny,

I have written up the facts of the application and this has been referred to head office for review. I will give you a further update once I have received a response. At this stage I am not sure how long it will take but will be in touch once I have a response or when I can give you a better idea about timeframes.s"

I would like to clarify the following things

a) Based on this email whether he has taken decision or not?

b) Head office review is different than second case officer check?

c) I applied in London Branch so Head Office means New Zealand Welly Branch?

d) Based on this email he want to clarify something?

I am little bit worried about his email.

As per my experience and few others (to whom I have talked), its a generic reply. Don't get excited/worried with this email.
Others may share their experience and expertise.

I am sorry to hear you are anxious, but it's a normal state for those waiting to hear from INZ, so you have a lot of company.

JUST READING THE WORDS, because nobody outside ENZ can tell you exactly what the situation is, here is my guess about your questions.

a) Based on this email whether he has taken decision or not?

I doubt it. I think he wants someone more senior to tell him how the requirements apply to some point in your case.

b) Head office review is different than second case officer check?

Yes, it's different.

c) I applied in London Branch so Head Office means New Zealand Welly Branch?

I don't know. Possibly.

d) Based on this email he want to clarify something?

Yes, but with a senior official, not with you at this stage.

I am also in the same situation.my case officer (London branch) asked some advise from technical adviser wellington branch on 10 march 2015.after that she said on 13 march that i"ll give you further update next week but still nothing.

my time line is:

Eoi selected: 22-1-2014
ITA lodged: 12-2-2014 in wellington branch

employer quest: 28-5-2014 by wellington branch manager

My application sent to london branch 3-7-2014

case officer allocated 15-9-2014,after that he resigned in 15 days.

2nd case officer allocated on 2-10-2014.She asked company financial statements,Employer monthly Scheduled and company Registration nom.Then,SHE RESIGNED ON 6-11-2014.

3rd case officer allocated on 10-12-2014

interview was on 17-12-2014. 35 minutes

case officer asked some more documents on 15-1-2015

i sent documents on 29-1-2015

Case officer emailed to me next day,that was, i"ll give you update next week.but nothing

then on case officer emailed to me on 13-3-2015.she said,I am waiting for some advice from nz regarding this application.

Today i got email from case officer.Now,she is saying that SORY FOR DELAY,I HOPE TO HAVE NEWS IN JULY.
