Would you be happy to buy an environmental-friendly and high quality cheese certify by a label ?? Moreover produce in Otago ?
Please give me your opinion responding at this short survey :

I'm a French master's student doing an internship in Invermay Agricultural research center and I would like to estimate if it's possible to create a high quality cheese product certified by a label. For example, a certification for farmers who produce milk for use in this cheese that requires them to follow good environmental practice such as limit the number of cows per hectare, decrease the amount of fertiliser, etc. Also to improve the quality of the cheese using a different feeding system for cows.
