Have you had someone proof-read your CV or any application letters? There are a few tiny mistakes in your English (advises for example, it is advice, not plural) which could be putting people off? Particularly if lots of people applying.

Have you thought of approaching some of the angel investors out there and asking them if you could assess some start up proposals for them?

I would suggest you offer to analyse one or two proposals on a trial basis for them and pitch it that if they like your work that they take you on as a regular job.
