Police report formats - Using an FBI Channeller for US citizen

Hi everyone,

FBI approved 'channelers' appear to be the easiest and quickest way of gaining an FBI identification record for immigration nowadays. However most of these give the option of emailing a pdf of the record as well as mailing through snail mail.

Is the emailed pdf (printed out) an acceptable format for INZ, and if not is it possible to get any emailed or digital copies of documents certified as true and correct by a JP?
