CO not responding

But according to my co's she told me that decision has been made and your application is with TA for 2pc.
After that TA asked my co to get detail description of one of my job duty , so my owner already replied to that a month ago

Okay, so the CO had made what looked like the right decision to her, then, like ALL applications, the case had to go for 2pc, to check for errors and to guard against corruption. The decision isn't given to you, and final, until after the check has cleared it. There must have been something complicated that she sent it to a TA for that process. In doing the check, the TA decided they wanted to hear from your employer, and will be giving more consideration to things now, having received the reply.

Hi JaniDm , when a new CO allocate to exiting SMC application , does new CO do all work from the beginning or start the work from where the previous CO left, because my CO no longer working with INZ, so they advised me that they will allocate new CO to my application

Don't worry. COs record in the INZ computer system everything they are doing on a case, and the results, as they go along, so when a new CO takes over, they can go on with the case from where it had got to.
