URGENT HELP:: NZQA cover sheet ( after payment is made )

Dear members

I am applying for IQA for my BSc computer science degree. I have made the payment & cover sheet was generated, which says that I need to send only certified copies of my work experience which contradicts with the instructions give in the IQA guide.
IQA guide says that I need to send only original work experience documents. Coversheet says send only certified WE docs.

Could you please clarify if I need to send only the certified copies of work experience documents, and that there is no need to send the original work experience documents?

I wanted to make sure that this is not a new requirement.

That's what I had sent.

I didn't want to spend much time exchanging emails with them plus I didnt need originals for any purpose. In case you have spare time on-hand then try sending the certified copies and wait for their response - best to call them up and clarify.

I've just said 'call them' on the other thread. My guess is that an update to the requirements has caught up with old paperwork. But honestly, I don't think it's going to matter WHICH you send, because in effect, originals OR certified copies give them the same information about you to work from.

I am trying to find if this is a recent change to the requirement or not. I am completely blocked now
