    Default Company Sustainability

    Hey Everyone
Few days back I have discussed that my company don't have any more contract left and my SMC file may get rejected.

SO the good news is my company just won few more contracts and company is in back in work.

I am just curious to know if my CO ask me to show the sustainability of company , How I can proof that company is sustainable as now they got so much work to do ?

Please help if someone face same type of problem

    Many Thanks

They wouldn't expect you to provide any such evidence - it's the kind of thing they would ask your employer.

    Thanks JandM for a reply.

Just curious to know that how company can prove that it is sustainable?

I get paid weekly and company is around 2 years old and has good turnover .

Is this what makes company sustainable or sustainability totally depends on future projects of company or is there any other way to find the sustainability of company?

I just want to clear my thoughts for my company

    Many thanks

Unless there is an employer on the forum who has been investigated by INZ, and who wants to share their experiences, nobody will be able to tell you in detail. This information isn't routinely shared by INZ with the employee who is making the application - matters about the finances and business dealings of the company are kept private.
